LEO JOSEPH IS A SMALL TOWN KID FROM EAST GEORGIA STANDING ON FAITH AND A LOT OF PRAYERS

Leo Joseph is a singer/ songwriter whose music balances contemporary pop with the emotional feelings of modern country. His songs deal with the emotional side of country music that includes love, life and family.
Joseph, a former college baseball player attended Allen University (HBCU) in Columbia, South Carolina. After completing studies at Allen University, Joseph recieved a Bachlors degree in Elementary Education.
Joseph was born and raised in Greensboro, Georgia (Lake Country) and developed a love for music at an early age. His journey began when he was a member of the Rev. Anthony J. Carroll Youth Choir at New Springfield Baptist Church in Siloam Georgia. When his parents weren't listening to gospel music Joseph would sneak and listen to JAMES BROWN, CHARLIE PRIDE AND MUDDY WATERS. Joseph connection with the three artist dig deep into his up bringing. Joseph and Muddy Waters share the same birthday month (April). He and Charlie Pride shared a love for the game of baseball and James Brown (THE GODFATHER OF SOUL) share the name Joseph, which is James Brown middle name.
Joseph Graduated from Greene-Taliaferro Comprehensive High school. He was a three sport athlete and his love for music never faded. He learned to appreciate all genres of music from Rap to Country and everything in between. Joseph is a registered song writer and feels at home in his new lane because EVERY SONG HAS A STORY!!!
